66 pounds lost!

"Nothing is impossible" This is an encouraging proverb, Isn't it? Previously I didn't believe this when I was about 100kg (220lb) weight. I was so depressed and introvert. I was ashamed of my overweight and fat body. I couldn't even interact with others.
How and when I don't know, a sudden change happened to my mind. Then I started believe in the above proverb and tried to lose my weight. First it was very difficult, but gradually I could co-op with the procedures.
For that, first we have to prepare our body and mind. we should reduce our food amount, not all in a sudden, but it should be a gradual process. We have to sacrifice our favorite dishes, deserts etc.By controlling my likes on sweets, chocolates and ice cream, I started losing weight considerably. It increased my confidence and I started some light exercise which helped to minimize my thighs and stomach. Then I got a shape. Thus my gradual efforts made me younger and slim with a weight of 70kg which is absolutely suited for my height. So don't be disappointed about being overweight. Try to reduce it from today itself.
