I lost my goal of twenty pounds using Weight Watchers. I found the program really easy to follow. They encourage eating sensibly, exercising daily, and having a positive attitude about weight loss.
The diet plan is flexible. You keep track of your calories and eat your own meals. You don’t have to purchase prepackaged meals. I also liked the fact that in addition to the in-person meetings and weigh ins that you can also find support anytime online. It was a great program for me and I got the results that I wanted by following the program.
