MY WIFE'S WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMME

If some one ask me how to reduce weight I will straight way go to my wife and take the briefing from her about the weight loss.Though I know how she has done this difficult thing so easily, but real fact and know how can be availed from her. Before just 4 months she was about 83 kgs and now she is 64 kgs. She followed a strict diet plan, where daily food was wheat, vegetable that includes watermelon, papaya etc.During last three weeks she has been also taking Klengo's Special cereals food where she also eats one bowls of the packaged food with milk. Still she is in habbit of evening walk in for half an hour and then little but regular exercise. She is very happy with the new look.
