There are many popular fad diets to choose from both on the web and in books.



But how do you know which ones are any good, if any? When anything gains in popularity very quickly, it is considered a fad. That doesn’t necessarily mean it is without any merit. The same goes for fad diets. Some diets that I consider “fad” diets are pretty good and you can certainly have some success with them. However, many are not going to help you lose weight and some are just downright unhealthy.

These fad diet reviews will help you better understand the long list of these popular diets out there to help you make an informed decision. As always, my recommendation is that you consult with your physician before starting any diet or weight loss program.
